Here you will find free or cheap resources to help you build your school-based OT skills. These resources were created, designed, filmed and built by me. I have used what works for me and continue to build my own resources to share with YOU.

Online Courses
Here is a list of my free and cheap online courses and webinars. My goal is to help you build skills as easily as possible without creating too much of a cost burden. I keep my courses low in price so you can continue to grow without worry of breaking the bank.

This blog is my journey as a mom and an OT. Here you will find how I was able to manage life as my kids were young until now. As a mom with a child who has significant mental health concerns, I have had to learn how to be creative, encouraging, and understanding.
