This course is designed for occupational therapists and speech and language pathologists in the school based setting to understand the importance of collaboration and co-treating in the child's natural environment. The Course will discuss pros and cons to co-treating, when it may and may not be useful to co-treat, how the natural play environment is the best way to build skills in both foundational motor skills, communication, social skills and executive functioning.
